On 28th and 29th of October 2010 the International Congress "Horizons of billiards" will be held in Madrid (Spain). All persons, companies, federations, confederations and everybody in general interested in the future of billiards will be able to assist to this Congress and can find all details about participation, hotel-reservation, etc. on the website http://www.rfeb.org/0HOME/congreso_umb.html. Please consult this website as it will be updated on regular base.
On October 30th the Congress will be followed by the bi-annual statutory UMB General Assembly. All federations and confederations have been invited to attend this meeting. All federations and confederations are reminded that all proposals concerning this GA must be entered towards UMB on June 29th and this following article 53.2 of the Statutes.
